We decided on a tiny home for our northern Wisconsin getaway. Great Lakes Tiny Homes stood out to us with their designs and customization options and fair pricing for the quality offered. My favorite part about our Tiny Home is, it’s a quality build that will be comfortable and convenient for years to come. The layout is designed to maximize the space and storage, and despite it being a small space it doesn’t feel that way. Something I would like to share about the Team at Great Lakes Tiny Homes is, we had a smooth experience with the process through the design, build, and delivery. They were good with responding to questions along the way and keeping us updated without us even having to ask. Now that our tiny home is delivered everything has either met or exceeded our expectations, and we’re looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.

We had lived in a tiny home on wheels during the pandemic. Once we bought our forever home, we had to figure out what to do with the tiny house. In August of 2024, we converted it into a Tiny Dental office. The business took off and I decided to open another location. After a google search, I found Great Lakes Tiny Homes. We have already converted the new tiny home and will be opening the office doors in a few short weeks. My favorite part is the high ceilings and the log cabin smell. Great Lakes Tiny Homes was wonderful to work with. The team was friendly, supportive, and delivered a build that exceeded my expectations. I chose them because they were the only company where a real person answered the phone—and that personal touch carried through the entire process.

I had a wonderful experience working with John and Great Lakes Tiny Homes to implement a custom design. The home was designed with off-grid features like solar power and a propane-powered toilet, so it was not the standard model in any means. Every piece of the home was custom and hand-designed in CAD. Which the Great Lakes Tiny Home team took-in, cleaned-up, and produced to the exact spec of the design. Which included some tricky custom furniture and other high-end features. All executed perfectly and tied together in a truly unique home with unparalleled functionality. Perhaps most interestingly, the ability to hitch-up the home and move it at will while it maintains power and functionality. The only issue with the home with the brakes on the chassis. Other than that, the home has been awesome. Truly a testament to the power of designing a custom home and having it built in a controlled facility.

The design process was a joy, working with Milton. He always got back to us with 24 hours, and is highly skilled, never in a rush, knowledgeable and genuinely a pleasant, good guy ! The product far exceeds our expectations! We LOVE our Great Lakes Grizzly home! Solid, tight, super high quality joinery, and materials/craftsmanship. Cabinets are superb. We did a couple minor upgrades, but this park model is built better than the $500k+ homes I work on as a handyman in greater Las Vegas! We researched for years and are glad we settled with Great Lakes start to finish! Many thanks to the whole GL team!
